The paintings in each Series are on stretched canvas. The medium is dry pigment suspended in a noncommercial synthetic resin, originally patented by Klein in France in 1960. This patent long ago expired and the recipe lost until more than ten years of research and experimentation has brought it back to life. They are framed in floating wooden frames, sealed with polyurethane, but can be easily remounted to accommodate various hanging areas.
